Electrical Engineering
JOHN FASCHAN, P.E. is the company’s
president and lead electrical engineer. He has been an owner
since the time the company took its current name in 1994.
In that time he has worked on projects in well over 50 villages
and remote communities as well as most of Alaska’s major

ROY PACE, E.I.T. is an entry-level staff engineer-in-training. He started
as an intern with the company during the summer of 2002 and
demonstrated the competence and abilities desired by EDC.

Mechanical Engineering
KEVIN HANSEN, P.E. is the company’s
vice-president and lead mechanical engineer. He has been an
owner since the time the company took its current name in
1994. He has over 29 years of mechanical engineering experience
in Alaska, and has worked throughout the state on a large

ERNIE HETRICK, P.E.
is another principal in the company and a senior mechanical engineer.
He returned to EDC as a partner in 2007 after working with the company
for seven years starting in 1995. He has worked on most types of
mechanical projects throughout Alaska and has extensive experience

SUSAN GRAY, E.I.T.
is a staff mechanical engineer-in-training. She has worked with the
company during several periods since 2001. She has a broad range
of previous consulting engineering experience. She is directly involved
