Chevak School

Provided complete mechanical and electrical design for a new 65,000 square foot K-12 school with science, crafts, wood and metal shop classrooms in addition to general classrooms, as well as a gymnasium and full kitchen and cafeteria. The design included HVAC and plumbing systems, fuel storage, lighting, computer network, fire alarm and communications systems.

King Salmon Dormitory

Provided mechanical design for a 3 story dormitory building for Park Service employees. The building heating system was served by a central heating plant which was upgraded during the design.

Nordic Rig 2 Coil Tubing Modifications

Provided mechanical and electrical design services for modification of the Nordic 2 drill rig for use of coiled tubing drilling technology. The design included general arrangement of the rig and control station design. 3-D CAD, including simulated “fly-by” viewing was used for presentation of the design concept.

Morris Communications Building Tenant Improvements

Red Dog Mine Production Increase
